  • 1 lb. ground beef or other meat as desired
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped carrots
  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg. egg roll (lumpia) wrappers

Directions

    Brown beef in skillet.

    Drain excess fat.

    Stir all veggies into skillet with drained meat.

    Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.

    Simmer for 3 minutes.
