Ingredients
- 8 lb. leg of lamb (oven ready)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, in slivers
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. basil, bay leaf or mint (dried)
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt or 1/4 tsp. each onion powder and salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Wash lamb in lemon juice and discard juice.

2Cut 1/2-inch slits in lamb, one inch apart and insert garlic.

3Mix dry ingredients and rub onto lamb.

4Bake at 325° for 30 minutes per pound.
