  • 1 pkg. Lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 2 1/2 cans tomato sauce (large)
  • 1 lb. sausage (turkey, beef or pork)
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 to 3 c. chopped vegetables (can use spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini or yellow squash, celery, grated carrots, etc.)

    Spray 11 x 13-inch pan.

    Layer noodles, uncooked sausage, cheeses and vegetables.

    Repeat layers; pour tomato sauce over all.

    Bake at 350° to 375° for 1 hour, covered.
