  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. thawed frozen bottled lemon juice from concentrate

Directions

    Mix flour and 1/3 cup confectioners sugar in a medium size bowl.

    Cut in butter until mixture resembles small peas.

    Mixture will be dry and crumbly.

    Press in bottom of ungreased 9-inch baking pan.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
