- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

2Cut butter into flour mixture until crumbly.

3Firmly press into lightly greased 9 x 13 pan.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

5Whisk eggs in large bowl; whisk in 2 cups sugar and lemon juice. Combine remaining 1/4 cup flour and baking powder; whisk into egg mixture. Pour batter over crust.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Let cool completely on wire rack; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
