- 1 c. butter (at room temperature)
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. Macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions

1In large bowl, beat together butter and 1/2 cup sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).

2Add vanilla and water.

3Beat until combined.

4On low speed, beat in flour until combined and moistened.

5Fold in nuts.

6Shape into ball and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

7Make dough into balls using 1 tablespoon for each ball.

8Place on ungreased cookie sheets about 1-inch apart.

9Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden.

10When cool, dust with remaining powdered sugar.
