- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cups salted macadamia nuts, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, mixing well; stir in macadamia nuts, butter and vanilla. Pour filling into pastry shell.

2Bake at 325 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes or until filling is set. Cool and completely chill before serving.
