Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts (if the macadamia nuts are unsalted, add 1/2 tsp. salt)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions

1Beat eggs with sugar and corn syrup.

2Stir in the nuts.

3Add butter and vanilla.

4Blend well.

5Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake in a moderately slow 325° oven for 50 minutes or until crust is golden and center of pie is set.

6Test by shaking gently.

7Let cool and chill.

8Makes 8 to 10 servings.

9Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
