Macadamia Nut Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding (do not substitute 1 large)
  • 2/3 c. Macadamia nuts
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 baked pie shell (recipe makes one 10-inch deep dish or two 9-inch regular pies)
  • Macadamia nuts (for garnish)
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix vanilla pudding, using milk.

    Let stand for a few minutes.

    Add 2/3 cup chopped or sliced Macadamia nuts.

    Fold in 1/2 of a large container of whipped topping.

    Pour into baked and cooled pie shell.

    Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish by sprinkling Macadamia nuts on top.

    Refrigerate several hours before serving.
