  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk at room temperature
  • 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. white chocolate chips
  • 3 1/2 oz. (3/4 c.) chopped Macadamia nuts

    Mix flour, brown sugar and baking powder.

    In separate bowl, combine milk, butter and egg.

    Make a well in flour and stir in liquid.

    Add chips and nuts.

    Pour into greased muffin tins.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
