Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook, drain and set aside elbow macaroni.

    Brown ground beef. Drain; return to large Dutch oven.

    Add onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.

    Saute until onion is tender.

    Add chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce.

    Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add macaroni; salt and pepper to taste.

    Simmer 5 minutes and serve.
