  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Cook macaroni; drain well. While hot, stir in beaten egg until coated well. Stir in grated cheese and margarine until melted. Add evaporated milk and water; salt to taste. Pour in pan or casserole dish; sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 325° oven 25 or 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
