  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Pet milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook elbow macaroni following package directions; drain.

    In a bowl, mix beaten eggs, milk, margarine, salt and pepper.

    Pour mixture over macaroni; add cheese (cut in small cubes).

    Stir to blend.

    Cook in a shallow baking dish at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown.
