Macaroni Beef Saute

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute beef, macaroni, onion, bell pepper and garlic in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow; drain off excess fat.

2Add tomato juice and seasonings; bring to a boil.

3Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

4Uncover and simmer for several more minutes or until sauce is reduced in consistency.
