  • 3 tablespoon Butter, salted
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 2-1/2 cups Skim milk
  • 3 cups Cheddar cheese, medium grated
  • 4 slices Streaky bacon, cooked well
