- 6 c. precooked elbow macaroni
- 1 can vegeburger
- 1 to 2 onions, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c. celery, sliced
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Saute onion and celery until almost clear.

2Add vegeburger, garlic and pepper.

3When celery is cooked, add spaghetti sauce and Cheddar cheese.

4Top with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or serve immediately.
