  • 6 c. precooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 can vegeburger
  • 1 to 2 onions, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 c. celery, sliced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Saute onion and celery until almost clear.

    Add vegeburger, garlic and pepper.

    When celery is cooked, add spaghetti sauce and Cheddar cheese.

    Top with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or serve immediately.
