Macaroni-Fish Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 2 c. cooked flaked fish
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 10 stuffed olives, sliced
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to directions; drain.

2Combine parsley, onion, soup, sauce, salt and eggs.

3Pour over macaroni and fish.

4Place olives in bottom of greased 10 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Cover with grated cheese.

5Carefully put macaroni mixture into pan.

6Bake in 375° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

7Unmold; garnish as desired.
