  • 1 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs (2 slices)
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 small jar diced pimentos
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender.

    Drain. Combine with next five ingredients.

    Place into baking dish that has been oiled or sprayed with Pam.

    Add milk to beaten eggs and pour over top of casserole.

    Sprinkle top with paprika.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
