- 1 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs (2 slices)
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 small jar diced pimentos
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender.

2Drain. Combine with next five ingredients.

3Place into baking dish that has been oiled or sprayed with Pam.

4Add milk to beaten eggs and pour over top of casserole.

5Sprinkle top with paprika.

6Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
