Macaroni Oven Dinner

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. 7 Minute macaroni
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion chopped
  • 2 1/2 c. tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 12 oz. can pork-ham luncheon meat, cut in strips
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 c. American cheese, grated

Directions

    Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender.

    Rinse in cold water.

    Cook celery, onion, tomatoes, green pepper and seasoning together 30 minutes.

    Combine drained macaroni, vegetables, seasonings, meat, parsley and 3/4 cup grated cheese. Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.

    Bake in moderate oven 325° for 1 hour.

    Top with 1/4 cup cheese last 5 minutes.
