  • 4 carrots, grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 lb. American cheese, grated or small cubes
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
