- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or to taste
Directions

1Cook macaroni and drain.

4Add remaining ingredients and a dash of salt.
