  • 1 1/2 lb. curly or shell macaroni
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • sugar to taste

Directions

    Cook macaroni. Drain. Chill.

    Combine vegetables.

    Mix rest of ingredients and toss with vegetables until coated.

    Will keep a week in refrigerator.
