- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- sugar to taste
Directions

1Cook macaroni. Drain. Chill.

2Combine vegetables.
