- 2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3 c. tomato juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Saute macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow.

2Add tomato juice and the seasonings.

3Bring to a boil.

4Cover and boil for about 1 minute. Keep covered and simmer for 20 minutes.

5Makes 6 servings.
