  • 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 (No. 2) can tomato juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
