- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 8 to 12 oz. macaroni, cooked
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 lb. Colby or Cheddar cheese
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and pepper in large skillet; drain off the fat.

2Add the tomatoes, cooked macaroni and diced cheese.
