- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven at 350°.

2Beat egg whites until stiff.

3Add salt, vanilla and sugar and blend well.

4Combine baking powder, graham cracker crumbs, chopped walnuts and coconut, then fold into egg white mixture.

5Pour ingredients into a 9-inch pie pan (glass preferred) with high edges.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Excellent served with strawberries, vanilla ice cream and/or Grand Marnier.
