- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. corn flakes
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Beat egg whites and salt until stiff.

2Slowly beat in sugar until dissolved.

3Add vanilla.

4Crush corn flakes slightly with hands.

5Add flakes and coconut and blend in.

6Drop on cookie sheets covered with brown paper from grocery bags.

7Bake at 325° until set and slightly browned.

8Place wet kitchen towel on counter and slide paper and cookies onto it.

9Wait for 1 minute and lift cookies to rack to cool.
