  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1/3 Cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Oleo, melted
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. Lemon rind
  • 1/4 tsp. Almond extract
  • 2 2/3 Cup coconut
  • 3 Cup flour
  • 2 Cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Cup diced bananas (can use more)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 8 oz. Can crushed pineapple (including juice)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together using a spoon. Grease and flour bunt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
