Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Add 1/3 cup sugar gradually beating it in. Fold in remaining 2/3 cup sugar and vanilla.

2When well blended, fold in remaining ingredients.

3Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes, removing immediately. If hard to remove, place baking sheet on a damp towel.
