Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Corn Flakes
  • 1/2 Cup chopped Pecans
  • 1 Cup Coconut

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Add 1/3 cup sugar gradually beating it in. Fold in remaining 2/3 cup sugar and vanilla.

    When well blended, fold in remaining ingredients.

    Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes, removing immediately. If hard to remove, place baking sheet on a damp towel.
