  • 2 egg whites
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 14 flour
  • 7 ounces coconut

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Beat egg whites on medium speed until stiff.

    Mix egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla.

    Add flour and mix.

    Add coconut and mix well.

    Drop by spoonsful unto a baking sheet lined with foil and bake until browned, (12-15) minutes.
