Macrobiotic Caramelized Apples

- 1 Apple
- 1 dash Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Beet sugar
- 2 tbsp White wine
Directions

1Cut the apple into six segments, and soak in water and lemon juice.

2Pour oil into a frying pan and fry both sides of the apples.

3Add the beet sugar and white wine.

4If it looks like there isn't going to be enough liquid to cook them, add some water.

5Cover with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes.

6Flip the apples over occasionally.

7Leave to cool before serving.
