  • 50 grams Carrot
  • 60 grams Katakuriko
  • 40 grams Cake flour
  • 20 grams Beet sugar
  • 30 grams Canola oil

Directions

    Grate the carrot.

    Put the cake flour, katakuriko and beet sugar in a bowl and mix.

    Add the grated carrot and canola oil and mix with a cutting mortion.

    Do not knead the mixture.

    Press the mixture together into a ball, place on the kitchen bench top.

    Roll it thinly and cut off rectangle shapes with a knife, or you can cut out with cookie cutters.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 15 minutes.
