  • 3 leaves Chopped cabbage
  • 50 ml Dashi stock
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Mirin
  • 1 pinch Salt

    Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan, cover with a lid, and stew for 10 minutes over low heat.

    After 10 minutes, remove the lid, and reduce the liquid.
