  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour Maida
  • 1/2 cup semolina Rawa
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 4 coriander leaves spoons, finely chopped and curry leaves, if available 4- 5, finely chop
  • oil to deep fry and salt

    Mix all the above ingredients. Add salt to taste.

    Put 4-5 t-spoons of hot oil and mix the mixture thoroughly so that the salt distributes evenly.

    Divide the flour into 6-7 portions.

    Take one portion and just sprinkle water and mix to to make a thick dough. (Do not pour water just sprinkle it)

    Make balls and flatten it (just like you pat rotti) on a plastic sheet(I did not smear oil or water on plastic sheet). Make it thin(not ver thin).

    Heat oil in a pan. When it is sufficiently hot, put the flattened vade and deep fry.
