- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 stick Butter, Melted
- Powdered Sugar (for Sprinkling)
Directions

1Note you will need a 24-count Madeleines pan for this recipe.

2Heat the oven to 350 F.

3In a large bowl beat together the eggs and sugar. Add the yogurt, flour, baking powder and melted butter.

4Spray or butter your Madeleine pan and sprinkle lightly with sugar. Fill with one tablespoon of dough in each mold.

5Bake for about 12 minutes until the cookies are lightly golden on top. Remove from oven. Turn them out onto a rack to cool.

6Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar through a sieve. Enjoy these the same day they are baked.
