  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter

    Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; blend on low speed for 1 minute.

    Pour mixture into a buttered (9-inch) pie plate.

    Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until pie is set. Yield:
