  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweet condensed milk
  • 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)

    In 13 x 9 pan, melt butter.

    Sprinkle crumbs over butter. Pour Eagle Brand milk evenly over crumbs.
