- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Beat eggs until foamy in top of a double boiler; stir in condensed milk.

2Cook over hot, not boiling, water 10 minutes. Stir rum flavoring and nutmeg; fold in whipped cream.

3Serve hot or cold over fruitcake or ice cream.
