  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
  • 2 c. (16 to 17 oz. can) canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/3 c. (15 oz. can) Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 egg, unbeaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    In large mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients.

    Turn mixture into pie shell.

    Bake in 375° oven until sharp bladed knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool.

    Refrigerate at least one hour.
