  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 24 chocolate Kisses with almonds

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients (except chocolate kissse) with electric mixer until stiff dough forms. Drop even tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks. Push 1 chocolate kiss gently into the middle of each cookie. Cool cookies completely.
