  • 1/2 cups Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 pounds Mahi Mahi
  • 1 cup Chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/2 cups Diced Plum Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Your Favorite Salsa
  • 10 whole Flour Soft Tortillas

Directions

    In a bowl mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic and lemon juice.

    Place fish in a Ziploc baggie and pour the marinade in.

    Let fish marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.

    Grill fish on high heat for 5-7 minutes, per side, depending on how thick your fillets are.

    Chop up some lettuce, tomatoes or grab some salsa, guacamole, and cheese if you please.
