Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 2/3 cups orange juice
  • 1 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup light rum
  • 2 tbsp Curacao or Cointreau
  • None None Crushed ice, to serve
  • 1/3 cup dark rum
  • None None Small flowers, to serve

Directions

    In a large pitcher, combine juices, light rum and Curacao.

    Half-fill tall glasses with crushed ice and add juice mixture. Float dark rum over each and decorate with a flower to serve.
