  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • Baker's secret coconut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cornstarch
  • yellow food coloring

Directions

    Bring to a rolling boil the cream-style corn, evaporated milk, 1 can coconut milk and sugar.

    Add 10 or more drops of yellow food coloring.

    Mix thoroughly in a bowl, 1 can coconut milk and 1 cup cornstarch.

    When smooth and no lumps are left, pour into boiling mixture.

    Stir constantly at medium fire until desired consistency. (Thick enough that the mixture sticks to the mixing spoon.)

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
