- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cans coconut milk
- Baker's secret coconut
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. cornstarch
- yellow food coloring
Directions

1Bring to a rolling boil the cream-style corn, evaporated milk, 1 can coconut milk and sugar.

2Add 10 or more drops of yellow food coloring.

3Mix thoroughly in a bowl, 1 can coconut milk and 1 cup cornstarch.

4When smooth and no lumps are left, pour into boiling mixture.

5Stir constantly at medium fire until desired consistency. (Thick enough that the mixture sticks to the mixing spoon.)

6Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
