- 1 (16 oz.) can chili beans with meat
- 1 (16 oz.) can Mexican style tomato sauce or Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 16 oz. your favorite salsa
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Mix beans, Mexican tomato sauce and salsa together in a large bowl.

2Cook rice.

3Layer in a 9 x 12-inch glass casserole dish, 2 spoons sauce mix, 1/2 of the rice, 1/2 of the sauce mix, 1/2 of the cheese.

4Repeat layers, ending with the cheese.

5Refrigerate until ready to use.

6Heat in microwave or oven uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
