- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 3 to 4 slices bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook crumbled sausage over medium heat until brown; drain well.

2Spread bread cubes in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with sausage and cheese.

3Combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt.

4Beat well and pour over cheese.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
