- 2 1/2 c. herbed croutons
- 2 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. link sausage
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

2Line croutons on bottom. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese.

3Brown sausage.

4Cut into pieces and drain.

5Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt in small bowl.

6Pour over croutons and sausage.

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Before baking, dilute mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk.

9Pour over mixture.

10Top with remaining cheese.

11Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.

12Top should be lightly browned and bubbly.
