- 7 oz. large elbow macaroni
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 4 oz. jar pimentos, diced
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish lightly.

2Put raw elbow macaroni in dish.

3Add all remaining ingredients and stir well. Put foil on baking dish and put in refrigerator overnight.

4Bring to room temperature.

5Then bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
