- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Directions

1Cook and mash potatoes (do not add milk).

2Then beat all ingredients together with a hand mixer.

3Place in a buttered casserole dish and add more butter on the top.

4Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

5Bake next day in oven at 350°, covered, for 1/2 hour or longer, if needed.
