  • 5 pounds Potatoes
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Milk, If Needed
