  • 3 lb. ground round
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. Progresso bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. McCormick minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; do not overmix! Shape mixture into 24 meatballs. Place formed balls onto a cookie sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Place cookie sheet with meatballs into freezer. Once meatballs are frozen, transfer them into a plastic freezer bag. Store in freezer until ready to use. Meatballs may be defrosted and baked or baked frozen. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes if frozen, 15 to 17 minutes thawed. Always cook to an internal temperature of 160°.
